“Dear ESREA member, Here comes the third ESREA newsletter for 2013. I also want to remind you that an election will be held during the autumn of 2013 to elect the 12 members of the ESREA Steering Committee (SC). The three-year term of the current members of the ESREA SC will end on 31–12–2013, and the newly elected ESREA SC will commence its work on 01-01-2014. What does it mean to be a member of the SC? The SC meets twice a year; during these meetings decisions about the development and activities of ESREA are taken. Apart from joining these meetings, the SC members are active in the discussions and debates taking place within ESREA, namely the network seminars, the triennial conference and editorial activities. Candidates for election as members of the ESREA SC should announce their intention to stand for election no later than 11-10-2013. This is done by filling in the attached file "Candidate presentation" and send it to the secretary (sofia.nystrom@liu.se). See attached files for more information.
